Terms of service
Last updated October 6, 2026. By using DisputeKit you agree to these terms.
What DisputeKit is
DisputeKit is a self-help document preparation tool. It shows general information about the law in supported states and turns the facts you enter into a letter. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created.
You are the author and sender of every letter. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for what you send.
Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure. You can delete your account at any time from My cases.
Payments
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once by Stripe. There is no subscription. See the refund policy for refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not use DisputeKit to send letters that are false, threatening or harassing, or to make claims you know are untrue.
No guarantee
We work to keep our rules accurate and dated, but laws change and your facts may differ. We do not guarantee any outcome. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
