Full refund within 7 days

If you have not downloaded your letter, email us within 7 days of payment and we refund you in full.

We review each request. If something in your letter was wrong because of our rules or templates, we refund you.

Email support@getdisputekit.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
