Privacy policy

What we collect

The answers you enter to build a letter (names, addresses, dates, amounts and a short description of your dispute), your email address if you sign in, and payment status from Stripe. We never see your card number.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or ID documents, and our forms block text that looks like them.

How we use it

To build your letter, track your response deadline and send the reminder emails you asked for. To write the facts paragraph, we send only the needed case facts to our AI provider, under terms that do not allow training on your data.

Analytics are counted without personal data in the events.

Retention and deletion

Unpaid drafts are deleted after 30 days. Paid cases are kept until you delete them, or 18 months after the case closes. Delete your account from My cases and we remove your cases and letters; backups are purged within 30 days.

California residents

You have the right to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. To make a request, email us or use account deletion.

Service providers

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and an AI model provider via Vercel AI Gateway.
